Scorpio Season - the invitation to re-enter your own underworld.

Oct 23- Nov 22

When the Sun crosses from Libra into Scorpio, the atmosphere changes. The world exhales its surface charm and turns toward the interior. Libra is air.. refined, relational, balancing. Scorpio is water.. dense, magnetic, unafraid of what hides beneath the polished edge. The shift is unmistakable. The light grows darker, the emotional tone deepens, and what once felt like casual reflection becomes soul work.

Scorpio season doesn’t ask us for politeness. It asks for our deepest truth. It strips away the polite equilibrium of Libra and hands you a mirror that doesn’t flatter. It whispers, you said you wanted transformation..did you mean it?

The archetype of Scorpio is the alchemist, the one who descends into shadow to retrieve the power hidden inside decay. It governs the life-death-life pulse of existence. In Scorpio territory, something must be surrendered for something real to live. It’s not destruction for the sake of it, it’s Ego purification. The self that survives Scorpio’s fire is the one made of essence, not image.

This is fixed water: emotional stamina, loyalty, depth. Once Scorpio commits, it doesn’t skim..it merges. That same intensity can heal or devour, depending on how conscious we are of our motives. Scorpio teaches that power without awareness becomes control, and control without love can vecome corrosion. So our work this season is not about denying our hunger for power, but rather sanctifying it.. redirecting it toward creation, integrity, intimacy, rebirth, fierce self acceptance, loving our shadows as much as we love our light.

Pluto, the modern ruler of Scorpio, is now moving direct in Aquarius. The underworld has turned a corner. What has been dismantled over these past months, inside us and in the collective field, is beginning to reorganize. Pluto’s direct motion is like tectonic movement beneath the social fabric: slow, relentless, permanent. In Aquarius, this is power restructuring itself through community, technology, and truth. It calls for liberation that begins at the cellular level. If you’ve been excavating old psychic debris, the turning of Pluto says: now the rebuilding begins.

Scorpio energy sharpens the process. This season isn’t about talking about healing.. it’s about metabolizing it. Emotionally, it can feel like molting: the old skin itches, but you’re not quite free of it yet. There’s beauty in that awkward in-between. You’re being remade from the inside out.

You might notice themes of control surfacing.. who holds it, who gives it away, how you use it to feel safe. Scorpio season reveals that real power isn’t in manipulation or performance, but in the capacity to stay present with what’s raw. The urge to close off when things get intense is just an outdated protection spell. What if instead of closing, you softened around the truth?

When the Sun travels through Scorpio, we’re collectively drawn into the intimacy of what’s real. Secrets rise to the surface. Old desires return, sharper and clearer. We crave connection that’s honest enough to change us. The psyche becomes a living organism, shedding illusion in favor of depth. And yet, there’s grace here too.. because death, in Scorpio’s world, is never the end. It’s compost. Fertile soil for what’s next.

Pluto’s forward motion in Aquarius reminds us that the rebirth won’t look like the past. The future asks for power shared, not hoarded and for truth spoken without spectacle; for belonging that doesn’t cost us our authenticity. The systems inside and around us are being rewired to hold more freedom. The process is messy, yes but profoundly alive.

This  season brings the invitation to re-enter your own underworld. To revisit the places where you’ve equated depth with danger. To let yourself feel the grief and the beauty of endings without rushing to escape them. Each time you do, a new octave of vitality becomes available.

So take your time with this descent. Tend to your rituals. Keep your body grounded in warmth and water. Listen for what’s ready to die, and what’s quietly asking to be reborn.

Because this is the promise of Scorpio: nothing real can be lost. What dissolves now was only our shell, a layer we took on for survival or belonging. The truth underneath it.. that pulse, your courage, that wild insistence on life.. WAS ALWAYS YOURS!

This season always moves through my body before the mind. With my Moon conjunct Jupiter in Scorpio, in my second house, the underworld isn’t very abstract.. it’s rather tactile. I feel the depths in the texture of daily life, in the way my body responds to energy, in the quiet pull to create safety from within rather than search for it elsewhere. This placement is a lifelong apprenticeship in emotional abundance: learning that security doesn’t come from what I hold, but from how willing I am to let life move through me.

My Moon here makes everything intimate. Emotion isn’t something I “have”..  it’s the element I breathe. Jupiter amplifies that sensitivity into wisdom when I let it, but it can also magnify intensity until it spills over. Scorpio doesn’t allow halfway feelings, and Jupiter never does subtle. Together they can stretch my heart open until it learns the difference between attachment and devotion.

In the second house, this becomes the art of rebuilding worth from the inside out. Money, stability, nourishment..  they’re all mirrors of self-value. Each Scorpio season, I can feel this cycle turning: old scarcity stories dissolving, replaced by a deeper faith that what I give and what I receive are two expressions of the same current. I’m reminded that emotional depth is a form of wealth. That what I metabolize through feeling becomes part of my offering to the world.

When the Sun enters Scorpio, it illuminates that inner vault..  the sacred economy of energy, time, and truth. My Moon–Jupiter pairing turns this into both challenge and gift: I can’t stay surface-level with my own values. The soul keeps asking, What do you truly treasure? What is worth your devotion? What are you hoarding out of fear instead of nurturing into power?

Each year, the answers shift a little, but the essence stays: I am richest when I trust my emotional intelligence, when I allow my depth to sustain me rather than overwhelm me. My second-house Scorpio says: your resources multiply when they move. Keep them flowing. Don’t be afraid of intensity; it’s the same force that makes life fertile.

So as this season unfolds, I return again to the simple rituals of embodiment: grounding, nourishment, presence. Honoring the cycles of death and renewal in my work, my relationships, my self-worth.

Remembering that every descent I’ve survived has made me more steady, more generous, more alive, more ME :)

Love x
